Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pureventglobal.com and tours sold by pureventglobal.com LLC, EDRPOU 19261308, Kyiv, Ukraine.

1. Provider information

Under Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" of 3 September 2015, our legal name, registration number, location, email and phone are published here.

2. Eligibility, booking and payment

You must be 18 or older. A booking is confirmed when we issue written confirmation and receive the deposit; the balance is due before the tour starts.

3. Tourist product information

Per Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР "On Tourism" of 15 September 1995, we give full information on the tourist product: itinerary, licence data where applicable, terms and total price.

4. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Consumers have a 14-day cancellation right under Articles 5 and 13 of the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Rights Protection" of 12 May 1991; cancellation fees may apply for services already delivered. Bookings within the EU Package Travel Directive (Directive (EU) 2015/2302) receive equivalent protections.

5. Liability and advertising

We are liable for the proper performance of the services we sell, and not for events beyond our reasonable control. Advertising is truthful and not misleading, per Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР "On Advertising" of 3 July 1996.

6. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data with consent and a published privacy notice, per Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" of 1 June 2010. Cookies that process personal data require consent (Articles 2 and 6).

7. Governing law and contact

Ukrainian law governs these terms; disputes go to the courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
