Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Right to cancel

Under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Rights Protection' of 12 May 1991, Articles 5 and 13, we give you clear information about goods, price, terms and complaint procedure, and you may cancel a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

2. How to cancel

Email info@pureventglobal.com, call +380 503 135 6588, or use the form below. Include your order number, name and purchase date. Cancellation takes effect when we receive your request.

3. Refunds

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, by the same means of payment, within 7 calendar days of a valid request. Custom-made or fully performed services may be non-refundable; statutory rights are not limited.

4. Legal information duties

Under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015, Article 5, our legal name, registration number, location, email and phone are shown on this site. Advertising is truthful under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996, Article 8.

5. Personal data

We process your data to handle cancellations and refunds with your consent, under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' of 1 June 2010, Article 6. Cookies processing personal data need consent under Articles 2 and 6 of that law.
